Our account manager’s service visit

Service and a personal approach are at the heart of our business. Thinking along with our customers, guiding them with customized advice and offering high-quality technical support is a matter of course for us. Our service therefore goes beyond merely delivering the service. To provide you with the best possible service, we find it important to be in contact with you. Because we enter into contracts of one year or longer, we have the opportunity to visit you on location at least once a year.

Service visit

Based on your chosen service level agreement (SLA), we come to your location on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual service visit. Through this periodic visit by our account manager, we like to hear what we can support you with so that we can serve you even better. The service visit is free and part of your contract with Message To The Moon. Schedule an appointment with our account manager now and together with the account manager ensure an optimal situation within your company.
